MB s.leg slam + split squat side slam L/R

KB kneeing clean n press  + halo L/R

MB – skiskate jump + side pushslam L/R ( 3+4 knee slam/squat catch + wall push)

BW Hollow plank- leg lift-touch L/R

Rope BU low splitjump/twist slams + hang back
