BB deadlift, BB row, BB clean, BB press, BB b.lunge left, BB b.lunge right

Core/Grip round: 10 rounds

20s swing ( alternations), 40s plank ( alternations)

Density round 1:  5 min

explosive stepups l/r 5, clean l/r 5, jumprope 50

Density round 2:  5 min

around the world l/r 10, wide goblet squat 5, jumprope 50

Absolution:

Bosu twistcrunches, toes to roof, bosu X-knee x

    Riktigt riktigt grym :-). 1 xtra 5 min o lite go tab sprints/kb efter så…är man slut totalt.
