10x High Pulls or Snatches (5 each arm)
20x High Knees +
10x Push Press (5 each arm)

4th…
5x Alternate Halos to Deck Squats to KB Overhead Hip Drive +
20x Twist crunches to knee
5x Barbarian press ( high kb)
